I need some help in installing a motherboard.? - motherboard tray

I've heard before installing a plaque commemorating the event, you need a basic metal or plastic on the motherboard first drive thorugh current flow from the motherboard to avoid the case. My question is: where can I find these metal / Lo platsic socket? It comes with the case or the motherboard?
